Quick post about an issue regarding Outlook 2013 Folder Panel’s disappearance.
After some quick troubleshooting (repairing Outlook install, disabling plugins, and opening Outlook in safe mode) turns out the issue is one of the latest Windows Update installations. Uninstalled KB2810015 and issue was fixed.
